If you look closer those are shotguns. If you shot carefully you can achieve those stats. 3 weapons shotguns.
Those with engineer. KPM is high because i walk in RPG and i use weapon only when i shoot! .

But if you said watching on those stats that i am cheater ok. I only got 500 kills with these ...
