it's only a Timeban for 1h, but don't try to "glitch" again with C4. Next time you get a perm ban ;)
I never glitched there. I moaned about a guy who was glitching. But AmazingGrace said it is legal on your Metro Server to kill enemies with C4 roof glitch. Maybe you write an extra rule ...
