Hi, this guy- RedArmyCommissar in WBKS Gaming#2 on EVERY Monolit Markaz map is taking heli and crashing (killing this way all passengers)... Every time! We can't play normal when he is on server, and we can't even punish him. I have not seen such a troll long ago, pls do something with him :/

I know, I've been playing for couple years on this server... and last time i spawned on one guy there in this damn roof (hc and normal once)
So.. perma ban now? nothing can be done with it?
