Banned in an instant, S-Sertoius

Hi, I have been playing the server for quite a while and today I just entered the serves, Conquest Large Gulf of Oman. When I saw an enemy and started shooting, I suddenly got kicked and "You have been banned by admin". I would likte to know if it all possible or remove the ban.
