Appeal my Ban-kick

Hello.
Then login in your server I get this message :Game disconnected: you were kicked by an admin. Stated reason: shared ban, linked acc banned [perm][Elfe1090].
I don't understand, I didn't do anything, since the server is no rules and a dont have another account banned or not banned.
My nick name bf4 is: antigonos60 and i am from Greece.
