Ban appeal

Hello, fellows!

My nick is "leo2950" and last time I tried to load a game the next error message appeared:
Game disconnected: you were kicked by PunkBuster. Stated reason: PunkBuster permanent ban issued on this Game Server for player 'leo2950' ... GLOBAL PunkBuster GUID BAN 74c5aefc.

Please, review my ban as the only thing I did was playing the game and I didnt even write a single word in the chat or words that could somehow hurt anybody and I wasnt using any cheats (if there are any for BF3).
