Appeal my Ban

Hello,
was now playing on your servers "- # 2 [WBKS] MixMode - AllMaps" and I was banned by votes from using hacking, but I never used it. :( I have more than 2000 hours of gameplay, mostly in your servers. Can you resolve my ban?
