Hey, I was playing on [WBKS] Gaming#7, when I suddenly got banned for no apparent reason at all, I didn't say anything, didn't break any rules. Why did I get banned? May I get unbanned?

Those bans were 3-4 years ago, I was like 13 years old at the time, I didn't think of the consequences at the time. Your servers are the ones I only play on, please, give me a second chance. I've learnt my lesson, I'll NEVER touch any form of hacks again.

Just a quick question; If I were to create a new Origin account, and buy Battlefield games again, would I still be banned on the new account? Or would I get a 'fresh start'?

Also; Do I have the same guid across ALL Battlefield games? Or are there different guids for each battlefield game?
I'm really looking forward to Battlefield V and I'd hate to be banned on all servers on launch..

If you create a new account it will link it to your old account
but the fact you installed a hack on your computer doesn't help.

You will get a new EAGuide and a new PBGuide.
