Appeal for lifting the Ban

Hello Admins,
Played Battlefield 3 with a machine gun on the server [WBKS] Gaming # 3 - Metro - No Explosives {NoobMagnet Special} on 20.07.2018. (around 18h).
I got this: HSK Automatic Ban [Live][6-L22-37-91] [perm][AutoAdmin]
Again, I played this game for about 700+ hours.
At that moment, I got good position and shoot at same place (similar happened a couple of months ago). I'm not the best player, but cheating - NEVER (I'm too old for something like that...).

Please remove the perm-ban.
