votebanned whilst vip

Hello

Occasionally i play on the bf4 WBKS #1 server and I bought vip some time ago. It said my vip was still active for 28 days but i just got votebanned, now i know this only lasts 24 hours but I feel like I should be protected from getting votebanned when i'm vip. I'm a legit player and i wasn't flaming in the chat or anything. This is somewhat annoying if you understand me. Can this be undone or have a day added on my vip?

So a vip does not automatically kick or spell, but you will of course be freed faster if you have unjustified voteban.
