Banned from VIP server - voteban abuse

Trying to deal with an aimbotter on Metro #2 (BF4) , for which I am a VIP of over 6 months, and JPSpecializt started a voteban for 'idiot'. Now I can't get back on ANY server because of the ban, just because someone is abusing voteban when there's a cheater on HIS team. I'm pissed off!

Can you please

1) Remove the ban ASAP and
2) deal with JPSpecializt for Voteban abuse
