Got banned from Snipers & pistols server without any warning 8(

Hi. I just started playing bf4 maybe a month in
never cheated in any game (can send any screenshots of whatever you want)
but wbks decided to kick and ban me..
After first kick i returned to server and asked why i was kicked... no answer
Then i got banned and cant return to game

It might be because i used nades few times, but i saw so many people using it and no one wasnt banned for that
If it is the reason i can agree and would never break this rule again
Can you please unban be or tell me the reason why i cant be unbaned

This was a tban 2h!
