Ban without a valid reason

The Thing is i never cheated in any Battlefield game. I Found this site 247Fairplay(dot)com and put my name in it.
I Found out that one value of my weapons is marked RED. The M5K Has a way above avarage of Kills to Hit Ratio.
I do not get it why its getting me banned.
The Last time i played was long ago, but i found out there is a new mod for BF3 so i thought i check the normal BF3 first.
I tried to join like 10 different servers but getting banned after a few minutes.

Maybe i played this weapon in hardcore or gungame i dont know. but how is this "Anti-Cheat" valid to ban me for 1 statistic

Oh my Ingame name was GM_Stealth. I changed it now because i am not longer in an organisation.
