the ban decision was surely ok but why permanently please?

I wish to ask for the unban of the player Killerglatze on your Goldmud server please, I was not there when he was banned so I dont question that the reason was justified according to you rules, he told me he was answering to an awful insult just because he was german, he did that with the same insult which was not the right thing to do indeed but who never did that? I mean the ban was probably normal but the fact it seems to be a permanent ban might be reconsidered please? it seems to be a very hard sanction considering the days I saw him play when he was not raising any issues in game, I am asking that for him because we are bf4 friends and I played a lot with him on your server and he is a good team player, he animates the game and made a lot to help your server being attractive, I see every afternoon another player who laughs at you every time he kills you, insults you treating you of French pig, Turkish pig etc and he is not banned even for a few days. I dont wish to bother admins, I know it is a difficult role to arbitrate this kind of cases but please could you give Killerglatze a second chance on your server please? many thanks for reading this,

if he want to get unabanned he can write a own banappeal..

in his case he can even join the teamspeak or discord and write me..because i banned him..
Just for you, he didnt worte as a reaktion to a insult..

he answered to someone who wrote some rasicm words with something like "you also" and that wasnt okay...

and to the other guy, we cant be there 24/7 so, if there is someone insulting report him please...

ok I will tell him to appeal here, I thought he did but maybe I misunderstood and he tried in game on the server,
for the other guy I just avoid playing on your server when he is there because he immediatly sets a bad atmosphere and I play for fun not for conflicts, and I dont like denouncing people as well but the day he will go too far I will tell you here,
you might finf out who he is amongst the numerous votes which attempt to kick him but that often doesnt work because it needs too many voters
