BF4 Ban Appeals On WBKS #8 Server

Dear Admin, Hope you well, I don't know, why my account is ban without any reason Bf4 player complain, I am using any kind of cheats, but honestly I didn't use any kind of cheats or hacks , They complain because of my bad ping & good Heli skills they always crying and complaining without any reason, I am playing Bf4 since almost 3 to 4 years, and this is my almost 4th account and now again i am ban with no logical reason Hope you can understand, so please make sure from your side i am not using any cheats, and this is my last account, I appeal on BF4DB, they accept my appeal and unban my account but i am still ban on wbks server, so please unban my account.
