My strongest suggestion is put him on perma, and metabans!

This view has been also revived , by old players like, diablone, USM, Dadi, and countless other old players who has seen this video and confirmed it to be no recoil, however he is ALSO using glow ESP if you look close to how he finds players heads behind counters INSTANTLY wich is imposible!
