How does one appeal a ban?

I got banned by some idiot (kusijonks) with youtube, that doesn't really show anything other than he was killed with a headshot, I do not cheat in any game and i have played all battlefield series since bf 2.
GCC or PBBANS do not have me listed, cheat'o'meter has me at 0.1% yet i have been banned by yourself's via metabans from an idiot with maybe a edited youtube vid.
