Ban for no reason..

Okey now im really pissed. im playing wbks server since i bought bf3(premium edition) game.
Today i was playing on the server "WBKS-Gaming-02-MixMode-AllMaps-200-T-FastSpawnFly-Noob"
While playing the match, some random player made a (voteban) on me for "Baseraping"
The thing is, i never baseraped anyone, and im so pissed right now. Im not the goddamm pro player who can baserape with helis. All i did was flying with littlebird but i NEVER ,NEVER baseraped. This was the only server i played on bf3. Plus im playing this server since rank 1.
I know the rules very well. had playing this server for like 93 hours. Never had problems until now.
So please, can somebody help me ?
