Banned !?!

i`ve been banned in BF3 server - wbks gaming #2 (mixmode,all maps),my name in the game - RomehaRus23,i was banned for - no SMAW anti tank for 1 hour,i don`t understand why because i played more than 2 hours yesterday and day before more than one hour and was using RPG and SMAW,can you explain me this rule,what this rule means? Or this rule acts only on certain maps? I was banned in Metro - map,conquest. So many times i played in this server in RUSH and there was no such problem or bans,why this? And how to TYPE rules in server game online to read them?
Explain how not to be banned for this again?

RPG/SMAW is not allowed on this server, when you kill someone with the anti tank weapon, you get killed by autoadmin and get warned in the chatbox. After the third kill with RPG/SMAW you get kicked from the server with a timeban of 1 hour.

The reason was "Banned RomehaRus23 1 Hour for using SMAW Anti Tank weapon after 2 Warnings!"

i dont understand or i dont remember but surely i was killing others with anti tank weapon before this day,and others were using rpg`s,strange... can i use rpg/smaw to destroy vehicles with people inside,or its the same bad solution?
why i didn`t get ban earlier,i`m playing in this server about 1 month with engineer??

If you play (kill) on Metro with AT you get kick/banned!
