I have never used cheats in this game.

Maybe there was an misunderstanding ?

I got banned in a moment where i had many kills as a gunner in chopper.

You got an automatic live Kpm ban. Which is possibly caused by killing a lot of people with the splash damage of the gunnerweapon. We'll check this, next time please make a subject at the right subforum.
