Banned AGAIN for SUSPECTED CHEATING

This night i was playing in this server : - #9a [WBKS] 24/7 GOLMUD {3200T/NoobMagnet/FastVehicleSpawn}

I always plays sniper, and im in a far place, perfect to shot people in helicopters. IM NOT HACKING, this is the second time im opening a post here.

I was 30-2 i remember... and suddenly im kicked out and this message appears:
SUSPECTED CHEATING: SpaANiiZzSNiiPeR too many hs/k or k/m [perm][BanEnforcer#9a]


One guy of this game is insulting all time to spain and me (im from spain)
I reported him but notthing happens...

But IM NOT HACKING, I stay in one spot with my sniper, and I kill people. What is the problem with this? If I’m a hacker info 100-0, but people can kill me and I only kill when I can, I also fail shots… if Im hacking I never fail…
