I just made an account so I could report SLOVAK_N1, He would attack the player in the aa of the own team drive against them in a tank so that they could not play until he could get the aa.He did this for a solid 20 minutes until he got the aa it was super annoying. Please consider blacklisting him as he will troll his own team if he does not get what he wants.
