Unclear rule, no warning, instant ban, me sad :(

Hi,
i have enjoyed playing on your BF3 server on a regular basis but a few minutes ago i got banned with the (very mature) "roof noob" as reason.
The rules listed when joining state that HIGH roofs are forbidden territory but i was on the warehouse roof (strike at karkand) which isn't really that high in my oppinion. If you don't want MAV's to be used as lifts just state that as a rule instead of the unclear "high roof" rule. In all the hours i have been playing on your server i have never had any warning stating that i was in a forbidden spot. So i would like to be unbanned and a warning before an instant ban in the future.

Rule #2: No High Roof Camping else Bann > No Kick
To "join" this position, you can only use MAV!
Many Snipers using MAV to get on High Roof Positions! There is no time to warn them... they gets banned now...
