Problem with Gaming#01 server on BF3

Hello, I hope I post this in good section (don't know german).
I play on [WBKS] Gaming#01 - Metro and there is massive problem with cheaters and glitchers. Only admin I see from time to time is judge - and he do great job. But when he's off there lot of noob, that glitch or just cheat.
Of course there is ts - but my hs is fk up, so can't really use it. Also there is votekick, but rarely pass, becuse, as name of server, there's lot noobs (or just lazy people/turn off chat).
I know that most of admins play BF4 now. But U still run this great server and there's need for admins.
Don't know how the admin panel work but if there's option for give some players kick command that will be great. And yes, if you can give it to me. Im not here just to beg for some admin level or powers, just wanna help clean this great server from glitchers. Becuse I really like this one and get mad when some idiots ruin fun.

Do you have to leave what? if your not already in a clan then that's ok. you have to be seen in TS
regular to be known to members, it don't matter about head set as you can type.

You can Apply in join us, leave info about yourself and a photo, if your a girl then a topless piccy pls
once accepted you will do a trial period of 4 weeks, then after that full member, it's not free as there is a small
fee to pay, i think is 22 euro's.

Like I type it's just pack of friends that's like team play
But if I understand U correctly on server I have to wear WBKS tag not WTF, right? So means leaving WTF.
If I don't have to talk on ts it's ok.

WTF is only a platoon so that's ok, trial members wear lower case wbks, it's 22 euros every 6 months.
