Appealing a ban & reporting possible admin abuse.

I've been enjoying playing on your BF3 [WBKS] Gaming#01 - Metro - NoRules {3000T/NoobMagnet/AllWeapon} server for some time now. Yesterday though, during an intense match, I was kicked and banned out of the blue. The apparent reason was 'metro roof glitcher' which is an utter lie. Not only do I not know how to glitch, the thought hasn't even crossed my mind. I can only assume that the admin responsible judge1967 banned me instead of someone else or this is a case of admin abuse. If it's the latter I think his history should be reviewed for similar instances of abuse: http://metabans.com/judge1967 . It seems there were quite a few other players banned yesterday for the same reason. I would like to appeal the ban on myself and anyone else who was also unfairly targeted by this rogue admin.

After seaching this site, I've come across this cheat reporting thread: http://wbkstest.okbb.de/viewtopic.php?f ... &start=750 . It seems this situation actually stems from a disgruntled member called LordRade as you can see from the last post on that page. In it he falsely accuses me of glitching in a wall and a roof the entire round. I do recall dueling and defeating this liar repeatedly with shotguns yesterday and his only recourse was to lump me together with some randoms in order to have me kicked and banned.

This situation is unacceptable. I kindly request that my ban be shifted to LordRade instead as a warning for unsporting behaviour and that admins on your server actually review similar ban requests properly so legitimate players are not affected by such behaviour.

Not a rogue Admin at all, i banned numerous glitchers over the last few days when i have been on the server
we get this every day of the week on #1 bf3 metro,when i am on the server the players are glad to see me
cleaning it up,The other bans for roof glitching are prolific offenders who have been either kicked or banned before, i may have been a bit harsh in banning you and a bit trigger happy, i have unbanned you from
metabans as a result of your Appeal. Apologies if i made a mistake i'm only human lol.

Few minutes ago, this admin "judge1967" banned me for "suspecting hacking", without advice or any warn.
I clearly don't use any kind of exploit or glitch, and this was completely reasonless. This is obiuvsly admin abuse. I'll never play your server again

it's says suspected for a reason not that you were, it's not admin abuse i was watching chat in admin tool and seen complaints about you, then a player reported you to me, that is the reason, it's a time ban while i checked stats etc,the ban is almost up.

Now let me ask you a question..if you knew or thought someone was cheating/hacking would you report it to an admin and would you expect the admin to do his job?

Don't think that you are singled out,i time ban players everyday so i can check them out, i am the only Admin who plays BF3 at the moment and i think i do a damn good job cleaning the server up as do the Regular players on there who know me.

You're doing a great job, as your ban history says, but hope you'll check all players on chatdetector or other before ban them

The time ban was 15 minutes,some players get 1hr some more depending on if they have been banned or kicked before for the same thing,believe me I don't like to ban people just to check stats but it's the only way to do it.
I hope your happy with my explanation as to why,it's not personal as you know just my job at the end of the day.
