Flamed by Gunselena and then kicked

Hi!
I registered here for saying what happened in last minute with my player.
Map was Metro Rush and my side was deffending
In few minutes after starting round, a player named TheGunSelenam called me hacker...nice, because my score was 6-3 and he was 24-2.. I only reply "why?".
Attacker took first mcoms, so in next mcoms i was in right flank cover by train...my score start to grow about 15 deaths or even more, i didnt remember well and dont have the battlelog but, when attackers took this mcoms and they have to run in stairs, i started to launch nades and killing people with IAR near main stairs, my score at this point was 38-7 or even more and GunSelena 68-6
Perphaps one admin can tell me why people vote for kickme and who did that...
Its not allowed nades? its not allowed that a player with rank 43 can kill veterans?
Its amazing how level100 can call you a noob and killing a lot but they are angry when die and im not a noob.
This is the first time i have been kicked and if possible want to know.

PD: after round ends, he left server but i lost all kills, rewards, etc

Unfortunately this happens on all servers and most likely because you killed him a few times,he was butt hurt
so started to flame you then decided to initiate a !votekick against you, i wouldn't worry about being called
a NOOB everyone gets called it even i get called Noob Admin just laugh it off and carry on.

Im not worried about called noob or hacker, i only worried about how easy it is to start a votekick and other people vote for that.
I wish you were for warning him...people have to understand that this is a game, sometimes you win, sometimes you loose, sometimes you killed often and sometimes you die a lot, you cant be the 1st of everyround.
