Vote ban Aimbot

Good day. First of all, I want to apologize for my english
I played on yours server [WBKS] Gaming#01 - Metro - NoRules {3000T/NoobMagnet/AllWeapon} 10/13/2016 StallkerSVK
Unfortunately I had a score 36: 6 So the player has vote a ban for Cheating (aimbot) . 90% of the games I've been on start base and play as Sniper. What is the opportunity to get unban? Or What do I do when not using cheats and if you look BF3 Stats u see from it as I'm learning to play.
I got Unauthorized ban.
If there is no opportunity to defend at least so thank you for your time and have a nice day.
One last question: Writes the ban and that I have to my account? Such as the VAC on Steam?

Hi.

Votbans are only 24h timebans.

You had this round KD: 36:6 but 24 headshots.
I think thats the reason for timeban.

Thanks for responding.

But when the player learns from a sniper rifle uses ballistic curve and uses two sighting and on the third attempt either hits the man. And since all the lay of the land so I knew only a head shot.
