Very rude player kept insulting almost whole day!

There is a guy who has been insulting not just me but a lot of people in the server today and it was incredibly annoying. He was continuously teabagging as well as insulting me and the people it killed! He started to get even worse when the last admin left the game and no admin was avaiable at that time, he literally kept insulting everyone. I'm not a guy who gets angry at people when they teabag, insult or anything once in a while but this guy was awfully rude and had a big bad mouth, The server rule is not to insult but this guy kept doing it no matter what! Please ban this guy or something because I haven't felt this fragile in a long time. There are some screenshots I took and even tho he tried to hide it by typing I still got it!
