This guy has a relatively new account and its all so obvious that he's a closet hacker whilst playing against him. Keep in mind that his Cheat-O-Meter score flags above 6% for someone with less then 300 hours of play.

When confronted in chat he readily admits to the fact so long as there's no admin around to insta-boot him.

Please review his account and play history.

Edit: Here are a few more battles logs from him within the same play period. Notice how he makes just enough kills to take lead but not so much at to outright draw attention.
