Need help for discover the cheater

Not sure how to explain that..
Just playerd Senna conquest on wbks2 gmt+1 12:45 and a "guy" was using somo kinds of hacks for supervelocity, invisibility, teleport and flying around map, even redzone. He was playing as a medic as i can see in attached phtos, but could use rpg and c4 , because he blows everytank that try to get out of spawn.
Im confused about this hack, because hackers usually get a lot kills but this time, every kill appears as a suicide on chatbox and doesnt increase the death to someone.
Perphaps you can get more info with the log.
Uploading videos this time its useless because that guy move very fast for capture his name but i finally got some screenshots after seeing video at low velocity.
I upload that photos in bmp because to avoid recompress for seeing better.
