The rules shown on specific servers are only valid for this server. There are some rules that apply to all servers, like No Cheating/Hacking. The clan (leaders) decided that there shall be a restriction for certain usernames, like such which contain a lot of illIllI letters.

You are only banned via your username, so if you change it, the ban will automatically vanish, if not, you stay banned, so there is no ban appeal to discuss.

srsly? I've seen more than 100 cheaters and nicknames of their normal, aka 'molotist4545', 'wundergirl17'. even if so (though it is not), cheaters should be ban for the reason that they are cheaters or that they have not the right nick?

These names are banned on our servers because they are hard to find if it is reported
characters with capslock and LiI1 etc etc. We are within our rights to ban names like this.

Nothing to do with discrimination. It's all about administration... your name is hard to type. if someone called IIiiIIIiII cheat or insult we have to type his name 10 times because we can't get it right the first attempt and it's annoying.

if you REALLY want to ban someone, you'll do it anyway. for example, I just look at the list of players on the server, find a nickname, go to profile, copy the name and start voting nick insert (ctrl+ v). it is suitable for any nicks. I hate to type, if in their names more than 10 letters, but that doesn't mean you need to ban these players.
