So don't see this as a deffensive comment for my friend brad-wannamaker but as he also said when i took a look at this topic i saw what he meant to tell you deeply.. Before or after an action has taken by using the authority that has given to Admins; the person being judged has to know the reason of the action that is being taken against him so therefore the person can stop his behivour which thought as wrong and the problem could find a solution after a proper, improvable conversation. I see that he has been using really disrespectful language and also upon your reaction i am not in a need of making a comment there, you shall have your own level of sensitivity and right to show your reaction. What seemed improvable for me is communication between player and the authority, as well as the possibilty that he is being banned is the fact of a choice also talking to the player in-person is a choice too. You completely have right to deciede on what to do but as a fact communicating before taking an action is purely more effective way than taking an action without communication. And there is also a fact that being a reason for him to buy a new account purely is not the effective and proper way. I hope i made my point if you also see this as an offensive comment i can make you sure that i already know that he is permanenlty banned so trying to be offensive against you and defend "brad-wanamaker" won't make any sense. I just want you to consider what i am trying to tell you and wish you a better sense of mentality.
