Hello everyone,

My nickname is Capt_Lowrey.
I often played on your Sharqui Peninsula BF3 server and this week I was
banned, I don't even suppose for what reason. I respected the rules and have
never used cheats. I ask you to unban my account.

P.S. I read some of your forum topics and found information about autoban system. Probably this is the reason I was banned.

I see no ban registrated on your account: Capt_Lowrey at the moment. If you try to connect from your second account, SGT_lowrey, this one is punkbuster banned since 2012.

I've just tried to connect to the Gaming #6 server and the connection hasn't been successful.
Here is a screenshot with a message saying that my account "Capt_Lowrey" is restricted on this exact game server.

Your screenshot says everything, you've been permanently banned by PunkBuster Anti-Cheat Software, this is a ban issued by Even Balance, we cannot help you.

You will not be able to join any ranked BF3 server, as these are all protected by PunkBuster software.
