teamkiller troll back

Hello dear admins
1 reported this guy 1 time, and banned 7 day, but this losser not learn the no teamkilling. He is back the server, but nothing doin, just take tank and blocking our anti air users and killing our teamnates, i lost anti iar because he blocking me, and i can't escape the tank, and after he is going with chooper and again push our anti iar user.
