25% Cheat'o'meter rule

So I was recently banned on wbks servers on bf3 for a cheatometer percentage larger than the 25% standard ban rate on these servers and the admin mentioned that there are no exceptions to the rule. he also mentioned that if I wish changes to be made to this rule then I should either start a new topic or contact the leader of WBKS so this is what im doing here.

as cheat'o'meter uses averages of bf players to see if the stats of a player are above average, it is an effective way of reducing the number of cheaters playing on your servers, yet the main problem for me is that as I only snipe in bf games (over 1000 hours) and have played mainly only rush and tdm, due to my skill being relatively high I have a high kpm which is considerably above average compared to other players who casually snipe. this has lead to high cheatometer scores and hence banning on various servers including yourselves, not as a result of using hacks but by playing aggressively and accumulating this high kpm with various guns, as u can see by the stats below my accuracy and headshot kill ratio are actually not massively high with snipers which they would be if I was legitimately cheating. This problem, though affecting only a few players is hard for those with genuine skill and actually promotes account sharing as they simply are not able to be banned by the 25% rule. therefore I ask that at least this rule be looked at as I agree those with huge cheatometer % should be banned but being over the margin due to aggressive playstyle and skill results in a number of players being unfairly banned.

thanks for reading this and even though it looks like im going to have to give up playing bf3 as wbks operates almost all the decent rush servers at least I hope that this is reviewed so others don't have to be

We have rules on our servers and one of this rules is that player with a cheatometer over 25% get banned.
bring your cheatometer under 25% and make a new ban appeal.

yes sometimes it is not fair, but we make that rule.
