..... for mav kill without killing nobody?

then i was for short time and i got 0 kills, and here is a report -->

after that i was baned for 3 months:(
i used mav if iremeber good but only for spoting - no one was killed. I know the rules and if i killed any one with mav - that was accident and for sure long time ago.
Plz unban me

That is your second an for mav-killing..
there was a report before, thats why it is for 3 month.
but we wil check this what happens there.

thats what i said. some times ago i killed with mav by acident - flying on metro is not easy - sometimes ppl just run into your mav. i said sorry and then i was baned for one week. okmy fault. but this time i am not guilty for sure. ppl sending reports even if they see mav flying - maybe they think it is only tool for kills. i tried help team get move into smoke. and mav is realy helpfull coz u can see in night vision mode and spot in 3d. i think i know what i am doing. i am even carefull with destroyings claymores to not kill a guy close coz once i made that and i was killed by autoadmin:(. plz check this reports coz for sure i should be unbaned

So I talked to people from this server and also to the person who reported you.
You knowingly flew against players with the MAV, based on your playing time and the statements of other players you should be able to fly the MAV sensibly without "accidentally" killing someone.
We process your ban for 14 days because of the intent of the MAV-Kills. Should it happen again accidentally or not someone will be killed by your MAV, there is a permban.
