and i am not the only one who said that and many players agreed with me

You've never been banned, it was just a kick with reason "flaming".
As it wasn't me who kicked you, I can't judge over the correctness of the action. It is most likely that you accused someone of cheating and the involved member didn't agree with you and kicked you for constent wrong accusations (in his view).
As there is no ban to appeal, this thread will be closed, but you may
- report the player you think is cheating in the "Report a Cheater / Cheater melden" forum.
- discuss the action the member took against you in the "Feedback / MeckerEcke" forum.
