Unfortunately there's nothing to see in his stats

Of course there is! All the assault rifles (except for G3) have a maximum damage of 25. His AVERAGE damage though goes over 20 even up to 25. That is clearly use of a damage mod. Legit players have numbers in the low 10s. Compare it to your own stats: M16 - 11, AEK - 14. You can even see it in his stats, which weapons he used with cheat and which he didnt. AN94 - 21, AUG - 25, on the other hand M16/AEK: 11/12. Also, both G18 and ACWR have a max damage of 20, where he has an average of 27 and 29. This simply is not possible without use of a cheat.

Hi

Having looked closer at my noob stats and his stats i can clearly see in the Accuracy
especially the sniper rifle, my sniper kills are mid 70's% where he's are barely 10%
same with shotty , even in the overall accuracy

He's now Banned
