I was bun but ADMIN unfair at all, I will explain, we were playing on AZADI PALACE, and from the begining, they steal our tank and both tank were staying together and with distance, so impossible to kill them and a lot of player in my team start to complain and I said in the chanel to the admin to dont come to do the moral if we use the RPG on infantery because we tried to kill the tank. I was running to try to take back our tank and meet an admin by walk, I was running with my rpg, reflex to shoot, and I was ban without any kick or killed.

I would like to add when there is no admin, I'm in the first on the server to say to respect the rules, to dont baserape, to dont use RPG.

And I didn't kill anybody with the RPG, just touch, by the way, but this admin was playing unfair and didn't care the fact people was leaving from my team because his team've got 2 tanks and repair all the time, they took 6 MCom like that.

Dear Battosai,

I seem to remember the cause of events a little differently. You were defending the first couple of MCOM's. Once we took over your station my tank was close to being destroyed. Being a clever gamer, I decided to leave my tank and steal yours, which is not unfair BUT smart gameplay. You would have done the exact same thing in my position.

The reason you had been time banned by Jack O'Neill was NOT the RPG you shot at me whilst repairing the tank, but it was for a non-vehicle related RPG.

Secondly, you are no stranger to our servers and thus are very well aware of our related server rules and respective punishments.

Rule #2 states clearly that RPG on infantry leads to a direct ban NOT a kick. However, we do show most players the courtesy of reminding/warning them first before, upon secondary infringement, proceed to follow through with Kicks and/or Time Bans.

It is easy for you to then come here and talk about Admin's abusing/limiting player's freedom etc.

Simply put: For all of us, Battlefield 3 is a favourite past-time, "a hobby" so to speak and not our main job. We do want to relax playing just as much as any "normal" player. If then before your infringement in coherence with the server rules, 5-10 different individuals have been on our case, we may enforce the rules a little more strict than usual.

None of us particularly enjoys kicking/banning anyone as we all make mistakes every now and then and nobody is perfect.

So please, simply make sure you are aware of the rules and try to abide them as much as possible.

Lastly, if you do make a mistake/break the rules; a quick "Sorry" or "My bad. Was a reflex" or whatnot, does go a long way and in 99% of cases will keep you from being banned/kicked.

I don't say you or Jack O'Neill are bad admin, far from that, but we've got a small chat this afternoon on the server, I explain myselft a bit to you.

if I see someone repairing a tank, I will use the RPG because most of the time, I don't see totally the guy, just the legs, and I shoot the tank, not the guy directly.

and yesterday, I did'nt kill any infantry directly without targeting a vehicle, it was my bad to touch Jack O'Neill with the RPG but on the action there were 3 ennmies in front of me and I knew if I take the time to change my weapon, I will die directly, so the reflex was to shoot on the floor near the infantry, I'm agree, it's bad but I play a lot on your server and I respect a lot the rules, maybe much more than 80% of the players

And you know me, the first time I played on the server, I've got an issue with you, I was playing in the bug map, you said me to get out of the bug and I did it directly, I'm not the king of player who don't respect the rule, if I do something wrong, it's most of the time not voluntary.

I was admin of counterstrike during many years and everybody will be agree to say I'm really fair play.

So I will apology myself if I said bad thing on your judgment, but a ban was a bit hard jugment on my case, I played maybe more than 30 hours on your server and kill maybe only 2 guys with rpg by reflex or the first time because didn't know the rules

But like to play with you MasterID because you are a good player, one who use his brain, not like 50% of the player lol

I think, it's time to say something about your ban...
Players don't get banned if they using an antitank weapon against infantry, they only get killed or kicked on our servers! But if "many" players all over the time do this some get's banned to warn the others!
