To explain the SMAW/RPG rule: Yes, there is no warning if you kill someone with RPG/SMAW. The reason is, BF3 makes no different between a kill in a vehicle or infantry. For BF3 this are both RPG/SMAW-kills.
If you make an inadvertence kill with RPG/SMAW, its also ok.
But some guys make purposely RPG/SMAW kills. And they make it again and again and again. So if we see this or players join our TS and complain them, we kick these guys.
Same with baserapers.
