Recon limit on #1

Hi,

I love playing on your server. The maps are nice and the gamechange is fun. However, due to the unlimited recon positions, there are 50 - 75 % recons on Rush maps. Its ok when defending but when attacking this will ruin te game.

Plz enable a recon limit. Thanks!
