24/7 Shanghai !rules

Hi All!
First I want to say that I really enjoy your server the 24/7 Shanghai.
The thing is that you have rules on the server like #1 No antitank on infantry.
It says that automatic autokick.
The autokick does clearly NOT work Players/Regulars/noobs keep violating rule #1 ower and over.
It really pisses me off. that people dont respect the rules.
I really would like you to fix the autokick or remove the rule since the most players dont care about, coz the dont get kicked for using antitank on infantry and keep doing it, its like a bad spiral, someone starts using it and then others do it as well.
