autobalance level100 guys

Hi!
I usually play at Wbks server02 Battlefield3.
Im not a pro player, only play for fun but these days, playing at night is totally bored.
All level 100 meet the same team because they are friends and we have one team that wins all with high KD and another team, that lost everything and always get baserape, even in rush match.
So, my question its is possible to autobalance those guys because autobalance all that it do its balance the last players joining server but not balancing the match.
Im not care about my win/loss ratio, but, please, fix it, im tired of being a dartboard and receiving insults telling my team is noob, shit, bla bla bla

I ad a new plugin to scramble by Rank after round Ends.
If the final ticket count is higher than 275/0 (CQ) Players will be scrambled.

But this will not help anything concerning Rush.

I think a shuffle is necessary if lees than half of the available tickets are used to take down half of the MCOMs.

Also in my opinion a shuffle is always need if the avarage level difference is to big, e.g. one team combining about 25-30% mor levels.

Yes, we need scramble in rush too as Dr_Dee said.
Saw many players that left server when see that they arent with pros and join again inmediately for be in the winning team.
Perphaps you can add a plugin for penalize 1 minute to join or join the loser team as a penalty for this players.
