when i headshoted judge1967 just right after few second he said aimbot, so i made a joke that "aimbot is in my dna", cuz i never used any hack in bf3 (i dont know if he was saying to me or other and also i also didnot know that judge is an admin). after few minutes i got banned by judge. im really really sorry judge please unban me. i never used any hack in bf3 :/

I banned you because there was NO WAY you could have seen me from where you were stood
and this lead me to the FACT that you are using Aimbot or some other Hack.
Hence the SUSPECTED HACKING/CHEATING

Just because there are nothing in your stats does not prove your not using a Hack or Aimbot.
