What does vip mean?

As title really. As i was under the impression that having VIP
1) No queuing
2) No Balancing.
2) Immunity from Vote Kick.
Well I know 1 and 2 are working but vote kick bit ain't working. As i had the joys of having on successful vote kick against me. So why?

VIP is only to join without queue or to be safe for kick by another VIP/Member.

As VIP you can kicked by vote and you can be balanced.

Hi, ich spiele schon seit ein paar Tagen auf dem Metro Only Server und würde dort gern einen VIP Slot für 1 Jahr kaufen ... was muss ich machen ?
