Dear WBKS Team,

I'm very disappointed and disturbed about one of your admin's behavior as he kicked and then later banned me for no reason from BF3 mixedmode server! I got a message "blocked heli spawn" while in the first case I was driving the heli and in the second I was defending at our spawn!
It started with addressing someone named d0nsel, after he repeatedly spawnraped our whole team, on caspian rush. Sadly he continued throughout the whole map, killing the game... On the next map he spawned on the heli as a gunner and I wanted to get rid of him, but he would not budge... then I started to play normal seeing he wouldn't leave, and then he or the admin named judge1967 kicked me. When I came back and addressed them, I got no reaction, just the cheeky "I can kick you again" thing.

After all this, all you can do for me is to look into this issue, remove the ban and tell that admin, that no one ever should behave like this... moreover this spawnraping and kicking for no reason is completely out of the question if you are an admin.

Kicked for NO REASON? It states in your appeal what the reason was.

Excuse me??? I wasn't even in the heli the second time, and the first time I was PILOTING the heli!!! Are you seriously saying that an inadequate - spawnraping - admin can just kick+ban me without reason and CONSEQUENCE? I demand JUSTICE.

You didn't address me as i wasnt in game
It was never said you were in the heli or piloting it.
The report was that you were blocking the spawn
And yes it was d0nsel who reported it in TS

If it hadn't been reported then there wouldn't have been a kick or timeban

First and foremost, sorry for this novel I wrote:) (but please read it nevertheless) and also sorry for being so upset about this and using a less sophisticated language, I'll try be reasonable this time. I even made chapters for it

- PREFACE -

I'm absolutely not saying that you are a liar, what I'm saying is me blocking the heli spawn IS a LIE! That guy d0nsel lied to you. Not only he lied he RAPED our spawn continuously basically ruining the game for everyone. You can probably ask ANYONE playing the server at that time. I'm 100% sure they will back me up, except of course one is a friend of d0nsel. But probably 60 out of 64 would back me up on this... If I was an admin I would have warned him without a doubt. why?

- MY PHILOSOPHY IN GAMING -

Let me share my point of view if it comes to playing this game and team balance. I'm a mediocre pilot myself what means that on rush maps in case the enemy does not have a really good jet pilot I can absolutely own the enemy, due to the game mechanics. I did that many times myself basically slaughtering the whole team halfway through their spawn and the MCOMs and they had 0 chance against me (mostly on the HC server, they know me there, feel free to ask around). And what did I learn from this? I learned that if there is no good opposition in enemy team I switch to rocket pods or even better air-ground missiles so that I don't completely ruin the game for everyone. That is sadly extremely rare amongst the best pilots... some people just don't care if they ruin the game for everyone by abusing the bad mechanics and the insufficiently skilled enemy pilots.
What this d0nesl was doing almost made me vomit. On the start of caspian rush map - knowing he could own the enemy pilot even if he doesn't target him first - he killed the transport heli literally seconds after take-off since I was waiting for the team to reach me(they were running towards me asking for pickup so I had to wait with the take-off). He shot the heli within seconds, and went for the jet later. He did this EVERY SINGLE TIME until the match ended. I personally when rushing towards the enemy upon the start of the map as a defending jet pilot NEVER target the transport heli. N-E-V-E-R. Why? I think I explained this already, so what I'm saying: there is a HUGE difference in gaming culture between me, and this d0nsel guy.

- THE FACTS OF THE ISSUE -

Now, to give you the complete truth about what happened including my "mistakes" too, after the like 3rd or 4th time we got shot in the transport heli right over our spawn, never even being able to leave it I told this guy that what he is doing in unjust, bad, and I called him a dickhead now after all this I know that this was a HUGE understatement... really, compare this to what he has done. I mean with his skill having no enemy couldn't he be doing something like what I do when I feel overpowered???

So after all this the next map(Kharg) came and I managed to grab the pilot seat but d0nsel was my gunner. I thought about how he played and wanted a different gunner, so I asked him to leave. He refused. I tried to fly over the spawn area (the carrier ship) like an idiot, hoping he would realize I want to play with somebody else, but he stood firmly in the heli, so after a BRIEF time, like less than a minute, I started to cautiously attack the enemy, picking up sniper on the enemy side with some awesome long range shots, so basically I was playing defensively. We all know what happens when you fly over the enemy MCOM too early on kharg island... anyways this d0sel guy probably wanted more kills then what he had already (both of us were scoring kills so there is zero chance he could have accused me of blocking anything...) so he asked you kick me based on a LIE he MADE UP. I seriously doubt he would admit it though...

- THE LIE IN THE SPOTLIGHT -

So the last part of the story is that I waited 15 minutes or so to join in again, but I was put in the defending team. Then I confronted him(or the admin) of abusing admin rights via game chat, though again I was a 100% sure he wasn't going to admit anything. Well he didn't, he just mentioned that he can arrange that I get kicked again or banned... now I was typing messages right next to our MCOM on the DEFENDING TEAM and that was when I got banned by you.
I have to ask why didn't you join the server or just even look at the SCOREBOARD from you browser to see that I WASN'T EVEN ON THE ATTACKING TEAM????!!! If you only checked the scoreboard you would have seen that he was lying big time...

- CONCLUSION -

I really don't know what to say, I don't have to means to convince you otherwise, I only wish I recorded the whole scene. In that case you wold probably have a little talk with him. But seriously, if you think I made this up... well then I feel sorry for you, since then it means that you a fooled by somebody and will continue to be fooled (ohgod pleas check grammar and feel free to correct big mistakes). I'm not lying, I have no reason to spend hours on trying to prove a lie or my point other than my philosophy in gaming. I think this kinds of abuse is just as bad as cheating especially if you top it with lies and try to corrupt an unaware admin (I wasn't even sure you are not him until I read you last message...) So the conclusion >> skill = responsibility, for this game is seriously unbalanced sometimes. After all we all come here to enjoy ourselves.

Now I only ask you to get this guy write here and "say it to my face" that I was blocking the heli spawn, though I really doubt that he wouldn't lie again, but at least I could try to convince him to stop abusing people and play fair... I'm sooo naive

To be honest he - and in a way you as well - own me an apology. So funny to even think of this. These kind of people are not known to be too humble about anything. You seem to be reasonable so I think if you knew the truth you would apologize without a second thought. Or even better, keep an eye on him, and teach him some respect. Make him play fair.

P.S.: what is procon? never heard of timeban either... so I guess I'm not banned anymore?

Procon is an Admin tool and yes the TimeBan has expired as it's wasn't a perm ban. Time bans vary from 1hr upto 6 months

On the other hand I have a feeling that you might not have caught the point. I'm a pesky little fella and I know that I have the moral high ground so I will ask you again: please tell d0nsel, that I still do want to confront him. His misdeeds are not going to be overlooked every single time in his life. Maybe being a decent person once is not that big of a thing to ask, maybe he should come clean and apologize to me and maybe I will say no problem.

Moreover if you could get him to at least contact me I could make this server a much better place, seriously I could explain to him why would it be beneficial even for him, to act like a normal person... I'd be happy to talk to you or him on Teamspeak as well. So again, I humbly ask you to tell him this, and I'm waiting for his response.

I don't want to be disrespectful, but "so much for human decency". After all the effort I put in explaining myself the usual scenario plays out again, no reaction from the offending side.

Seems to me that there are 2 kinds of people if it comes to absolute zero accountability a.k.a. world of internet. There are the good people, who are being exploited abused and generally being fck with, and there are the bad ones, who shamelessly abuse everyone else for their misguided selfish interests.

D0nsel, I hope you'll be treated in your life the way you treat other people. I know this contradicts my philosophy since I believe in positive reinforcement, forgiveness and all that "christian bullsht", but this time I'll make an exception. Go f*k yourself with your lies, abuse and corruption.

As for you Mr. Judge, do yourself a favor and try to be a responsible admin (next time) by giving the slightest of attention to your "job" and for God's sake inform yourself before you act. Make sure the person you kick/ban really IS guilty. You know, you never actually apologized and in better places what you did - even if just simply out carelessness - would have consequences. I personally wouldn't be happy if one of my admins kicked somebody like this without explaining himself and apologizing. I would suspend him right away, but again I'm on the good side and I actually do care about what is right and what wrong, unlike you it seems...
