Banned unfairly

Hi.
Basically is that I have been playing on WBKS servers in BC2/BF3 for almost 3-4 years until recently when I was banned by an admin named SKaven for cheating/hacking. The worst part about this ban is that it is in metabans as well.
The round I was banned in was on map Operation Firestorm in BF3 were I was flying the Frogfoot as a defender on rush game mode where I had 31 kills 1 death. Couple of enemy players started complaining and went into ts to report me. Now the thing is that the admin at that time didn't even join server to check what I was doing but instead decided to check my K/D on rcon and banned me instantly. He didn't take into consideration that I was flying in a jet where the 30mm gun in the rush jets can take a part tank in 2 seconds.

Regarding my rank, I was level 145 on BF3 back in the days until I decided to reset my account fully by contacting an EA support. This gives an impression that because I'm low rank in the game I'm supposed to be bad in the game.

For example if you look up my username on i-stats website, you will see I haven't got a single suspicious stats except for the kill/hit ratio with the spas-12 which is normal if you take your time to aim properly.
Now if I was really a cheater, wouldn't I have so many suspicious stats on that website? Infact this wouldn't be my first metaban of almost 3-4 years of game time if I was really cheating,
Hopefully you guys will look into this issue.
