I have been playing on the [WBKS] Gaming#1 Metro server for a long time now and abide by all the rules. A few minutes ago I was unfairly banned by Judge1967 without warning for the reason of nuke abuse.

First of all votenukes happen all the time and especially to give the enemy team a chance to fight back as we had all 3 flags.

Secondly I am a serious player and I don't spam or abuse, this was only once and I didn't know it was even a bannable offence.

I would like you to unban me and also can the head moderator speak to judge1967, he is not fit to be admin if he is going to ban people at random.

You were on the US team and losing, you captured B and then A, your team thought it would then be funny
to NUKE the RU team, I wrote in CAPITAL LETTERS " ALL THOSE WHO TYPE VOTENUKE WILL BE BANNED"

RULE #4 states " VOTENUKE IS FOR BASERAPE ONLY OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE BANNED"

Don't follow the server rules you will be BANNED it's as simple as that.

BTW for your information I AM THE HEAD ADMIN and FORUM MODERATOR so i guess i'll have to speak to myself.

Yes players in my friends list and players i have known a long time were also BANNED
So don't come here crying about a 1HR TimeBan when the evidence is all there to see.

Rule #4 was put there for a reason.
