Hey there. Well, not exactly a ban appeal, since it's a 1-day ban, but you guys need fix your voteban somehow, ask for more votes or I don't know. But 5 is obviously not enough. Or at least ban or take some other actions against these abuser.
My name is MrHerbGarrison, I'm playing on this server for ages. Everyone around there knows me...
Long story short - there are new guy, named xMactavish141 http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3/so ... 275928/pc/, he's average player at best, but he absolutely doesn't like me. Well, he got his own reasons, I kill him a lot and this makes him mad, I can understand that. But some time ago he started abusing votekick system. Everytime he sees me online - he initiates votekick for me . For totally random reason, well, last time (like 15 mins ago) it was a 'tank' lol. I never used tank. Find a single tank kill by me in that battle report or in any other. And he repeats that every round.
Most of the time his votebans for me fails, but this time he invited few of his friends (Leadspitter98 and Saqi141), they all instantly voted !yes , two other random people voted !yes too, and viola, I'm banned for no reason again.

secondly the vote abusers have been given 1 weeks time out.
