I was banned 1 year ago (more or less, I'm not sure) because I made a glicth without knowing that it was forbidden, I was a newbie in the game and I did not know that there was that rule in the server, but now I see that they have banned me from all their servers without doing anything, I guess it was because of that glicth that I did without bad intentions, can you remove the ban? I feel what I did, it was without bad intentions, I really like your servers

since 3-4 months ago I did not play btf3, I knew that I had been banned from a subway server 1 year ago or more but I do not remember using any glitch after that, anyway, thanks for fixing it: D
